The National Federation of the Blind’s Braille Enrichment for Literacy and Learning® (NFB BELL) Academy is proud to bring its nationally recognized Braille and independence-building program across the state to Baltimore, Mechanicsville, Rockville, and Salisbury this year.
Program Information
Prepare for a summer of learning, laughter, and empowerment! The NFB BELL® Academy helps blind and low-vision children boost their Braille skills, build independence, and discover the confidence to live the lives they want.
The NFB of Maryland can’t wait to welcome families across the state, where your child will make friends, learn new skills, and meet blind mentors who inspire them every day.
All programs will run daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
Transportation is not included, except for scheduled field trips. Registration is $300 per child, with scholarships available.
